A Bit About Jennifer
I have been flying more or less the entirety of my adult life. I started my senior year in high school with an independent project which evolved into my private, instrument and commercial ratings. I then went to Africa and flew contracts in a Beech 200 King Air for the ICRC, IFRC UN and a few others. First based in the Democratic Republic of Congo, I ended up settling in Nairobi. From there we flew to Somalia, Tanzania and Uganda mostly. Following that, I came back to the US to start a family. Though I got my CFI in 2003, at that time I was focused on raising my five children. Now, however, I have returned to teaching more and more. I’ve crossed the Atlantic in a light twin four times and have flown to Mexico and the Caribbean numerous times. I am a CFII/MEI ATP and am happy to teach in almost any aircraft or just help the milt-time builders get their hours.
